FLIP TURNS WITH THE POWERBREATHER

Breathe normally through the mouth while swimming towards the end of the lane. Breathe in before attempting the flip turn.

While turning, gently release about 20% of the air through the nose.

Once you look towards the floor during launch-off, you can gently release the remaining 80% of air through the mouth. No forceful exhalation!
